Rather than focusing only on external signs of ageing, I use the principles of Ayurveda creating rejuvenating practices to slow ageing and improve vitality.   

As we age, the body naturally becomes more influenced by Dosha (Vata), which may lead to dryness, low energy and irregular routines.

With the right support for healthy digestion and metabolism, strength, fitness and movement these changes can be balanced through simple, natural practices.
