Wild Garlic & Basil Pesto

INGREDIENTS
Large bunch of Wild Garlic
Medium bunch of Basil
70g Pine nuts or Walnuts
70g Parmesan, grated
1/2 a Lemon, juiced
160ml Olive Oil
METHOD:
Blitz all the ingredients, except the olive oil, in a blender for 1-2 mins
Slowly stir in the olive oil
Blitz again until smooth
Season to taste
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days
