INGREDIENTS

350g Fresh or Frozen berries or a combination of berries - raspberries, cherries, blueberries, strawberries

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp Biona Coconut Butter (or agave nectar, maple syrup or honey)

1 Tsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Water


METHOD

  1. Add the fruit, chia seeds, lemon juice and water to a saucepan

  2. Heat over a gentle heat to simmer until the fruit is broken down and the liquid has been absorbed

  3. Add the coconut butter and stir to melt

  4. Remove from the heat

  5. Allow to cool

  6. Store in an airtight jar and refrigerate
